dbHunterNY
The quickest fish that's always good is simmering extra virgin olive oil, little butter, and some white cooking wine in a pan. Then throw some "Hunter's Pride" Gourmet Pinch on the fillets and put them in the pan, seasoned side down. Then throw a little on the other side. I like to flip them over only when they've started to brown a little. Not to plug the stuff, but yea www.hunterspride-usa.com. - Dan

dbHunterNY
Sorry Steve I got the site from the bottle, but it's made by the Rob Salamida Co. Inc. from Johnson City, NY. Can't say I've ever tried it on Pronghorn antelope though. - Dan
