OJR
I just got done eating an Orange Roughy fillet that I grilled! It was great! I know you guys and gals that still have a ton of snow around, this isn't very nice, but it is about 45 here and the old grill worked just great! My wife said I could make that again! Isn't she sweet! LOL!!

Tominator
Had a nice slab of Mahi last night. My wife had Chelean Sea Bass, that was good too. Splurged and went to an upscale restaurant last night.
Randy
Finally,.....I didn't think this moment would even come but, I think I'd just as soon eat walleye. I think this is the first time in my RT history that Orlan made something that didn't sound as appetizing as something native to my area. OJR
I just about bought some walleye the other day, but we had too many things in the freezer to get cleaned out! It will be coming one of these days! LOL!!!

Canuck2
No, no, Steve. We have walleye, and they are delicious. Pickerel are a 'different kettle of fish'.
stevebeilgard
oh. in manitoba they alyways call walleye pickerel. some folks call northern pike a pickerel. is that what you're thinking...?

Steve, in MN we called a northern a northern, a walley a walleye and a pickerel a pickerel. The pickerel had different spotting and colors than a northern did. They were also smaller and found more in rivers!
Canuck2
Yup, what Orlan said. Actually, here in southern BC we have some very good walleye fishing in the Columbia River, but no pike or pickerel at all (except where they're beginning to show up in lakes as illegal transplants:mad:).
