Just curious if you have any leads on a black bear boat hunt. It's the kind of hunt where you say on a nice boat & then go up hte rivers, inlets on a small motorized raft or boat. Then back out to hte main boat at night--to eat fresh crab, salmon halibut. They usually take BIG blackies. I'm thinking of this type hunt for the spring 2009 or 2010. Just starting the planning stages. CB

....Hi, Colorado Bob!-Yeah, those BIG black bear you want are down around Prince William Sound....I think that Stevebeilgard would have some really good info/contacts from in and around that area, since he used to live there....we are so overrun with black bear, here(as you know).....and I can definitely give you local contacts for black bear/haibut/salmon trips like what you have in mind.....but for trophy black bear, SE AK....Prince William Sound is definitely the way to go!....I'll see what I can find out for you:)
