Bowtech_archer07
Almost all of the sheds my buddy and I have found this year have been eaten up by squirrels or mice. It is really aggravating to see nice sheds get eaten up.... I found one last week, it could not have been laying there for a week, and the tip on every point had been eaten off. It's getting really frustrating:mad: Sorry, just had to vent a little bit The antler on the right of the picture.. you can see on the G3 how it comes to that sharp point.. every tine is like that.. about 1 inch down from the end.. it's been nibbled. Bowtech_archer07
Thanks Hardwood. I believe this August.. I may be doing some squirrel thinning!! I usually squirrel hunt, but I may be going a little harder than usual. This is the best year I have had for shed hunting, and it stinks to have sheds chewed up. Shaun_300
Seen that many times, especially on older sheds, porcupines do the same thing....

toddyboman
The squirrels have to eat too :p Gotta find them before they do :D
Bowtech_archer07
It's near impossible Todd. It seems like the squirrels stalk the deer, and wait for em to drop their antlers LOL.
