OJR Posted April 8, 2008 Report Share Posted April 8, 2008 1 pork tenderloin (1 pound), cut into 1" slices 1 garlic clove, minced 1 teas. dried marjoram 1 teas. dried thyme 1/4 teas. salt 1/4 teas. onion powder 1 Tbls. olive oil 2 Tbls. sugar-free maple syrup 1/4 teas. maple flavoring Flatten meat to 1/2" thickness. In a resealable plastic bag, combine the garlic, thyme, salt and onion powder. Add meat, a slice at a time; shake to coat evenly. In a nonstick skillet, cook meat in olive oil over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side or until meat is no longer pink. Drain and discard pan juices. Add syrup to meat in skillet. Cook over medium-high heat, turning several times, for about 3 minutes or until syrup is absorbed. Serve immediately. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
