Saturday afternnoon about 2 set out the gut pile and setup our stealth cam on a couple t posts a short distance from the camera. Went back out about 3, was really windy and pretty cool for these parts and sat until nearly 6 and did not see a thing. Checked Sunday morning and looked like something had checked out the guts and the camera had been tripped 10 times, but did not look like the coyotes had really gotten into the guts. Got into watching the football game and did not walk out until after 4 yesterday afternoon. As I got up in the blind and turned I saw one coyote heading down the hill, but it made it into the brush before I ever got the rifle up. The wind was blowing across me and dont think he smelled me, must have seen me before I got turned around or heard me. Had 7 deer come out right at dark and fed their way across and a couple curious does got within 15 yards of the gut pile. Checked the cam after I got down and it had finished off the film got 6 daytime events.
