Gator
OH BOY!!!!!!!! We were at the movies last night, and had just sat down inside the theater, when they came in and said we were under a tornado warning, and that we needed to go downstairs. Kelli, DOES NOT do storms, she was pretty close to the May 3rd one when it hit. I made a comment about how clear it was outside, and she told me that that was how it was that day, which surprised me. Anyways, we stayed downstairs for a little bit, and made it back in to see our movie, but the we got hit again around 1:30, nothing to bad, just hard rain. JJL
We woke up to 4" of Global Warming this morning. I've been through 3 twisters and would rather have the snow. Our prayers are with you.
Jeramie
Did any of them storms hit Claremore? I cant get ahold of my Dad. Hopefully you got in touch with him. Most were around Bartlesville. However, in the middle of the night last night we had to run for the cellar. We had heavy rotation everywhere in Mayes County. I dont think there was any serious damage last night. Some homes were damaged but I havent heard of any deaths.
cinch314
Not yet but still trying! I figure that with the strong winds or something, it may have knocked out a tower or something. It happens down here a lot lol.

cinch314
Dad finally called. Said that a twister hit Pryor and that the security guard for Will Rogers Race Track where he works said that he watched the twister that hit Pryor come right over the track earlier this morning. Glad no one was seriously injured except for the teenager in KS. Prayers go out to her family and those injuried as well.
Jeramie
I just got off the phone with a contractor. He told me there was a touch down on 20 between Claremore and Pryor. The Vo-Tech is shut down, some new construction gone.... etc.
