plannerman
Just shot my first turkey and am now HOOKED!!! I'm a gear junkie and gun freak, now looking for a turkey gun. Old 870 Express worked just fine, but gotta get specialized since I WILL DO THIS AGAIN, and AGAIN, and AGAIN.... can't believe I waited this long to hunt turkey! Really like the looks of the 870 SPS with the camo and thumbhole stock.

western NY bowhunter
I traded in my 870 supermag this spring for a 3.5" browning BPS with an Indian Creek choke. So far, I'm liking it...

Strut10
...Woah!!...That is great picture! ...hey....- what happened to your index and second finger??(cuts, blood...ect-??) ...Awesome set-up.....-and what a scope! Thanks!! The Mrs. is my staff photographer. She does well. The scope is actually an el-cheapo. I have about as much invested in the flip-up scope caps. But it's a case of not fixing something that ain't broke. I sighted that red-dot in before the spring 2002 season and have not adjusted it one iota since. It's been a very good sight for me and it'd pain me to have to take it off and put a "good sight" on the gun. It's been a couple or three years back that the Super X2 got named "No Doubt". There's never been a turkey walk away from it if the trigger's been squeezed. Stuff just dies. As for the scuffage on the hand............... ..............dunno. I'm pretty much always missing some knuckle meat for one reason or another.

Rhino
My old turkey gun (now my backup) is this 11-87. It killed my 1st gobbler this spring season. This year I upgraded to this new Benelli SBE II in Realtree APG camo. It killed my 2nd gobbler and 3rd gobbler (this one) this spring season. Both are topped with Bushnell Holosights and both have Rhino .660 turkey chokes at the business end.
Eddie234
Winchester model 1300, just killed my first turkey this year with it. undertaker choke with remington #4's 3inch. didn't have time to pattern it but at 10 yards it didn't matter much.
