NS whitetail
when a person packs a lobster right how long can they be frozen for ?? If you cook the lobster and then take the meat out of the shell, you can package it and freeze it for months. We usually have creamed lobster. Cut the lobster meat up in small pieces, fry it in butter for a bit and then add 10% blend or can milk. Keep it on the heat until the cream warms up and serve with potatoes or put the lobster and cream on toast and serve with fries. It's delicious
