Lol yaull are making me sound like a safety hazzard. Really all you have to do, for right handed shooters, is tuck it in either one of ur left side pockets. cord lays tight against ur body. I was just asking because it seem's like if theres a good smoothe song on...it's easier to hold still and concentrate...just seeing if it worked for anybody else.

Safety issues....

I've often thought about listening to my iPod while shooting sticks but have decided that it's probably not safe. My worry is that my kids or neighbor kids could come running around the corner of my house at any time and I would accidentially shoot them. My kids always know when I'm out back shooting and we have a large fenced in back yard to keep the neighbor kids out. But they're always losing footballs and stuff in our backyard and climbing over to get them. Plus...I just like listening for a few things...

1. I can usually hear if I have a damaged vane or an arrow that's not fletched right and is flying a little off by listening to it's flight.

2. I love to listen to my bow's quietness. I custom made my own noise and vibration dampener (similar to the STS) and it's awesome!

3. I love the sound of the arrow making contact with my field bag.
