My sister(Fl.huntress) and I were little, we went snooping and found our parents will, in our dad's will , it said something about a son:eek: we were told about him and that was basically the end of it until the other night when Fl. decided to put his name in a facebook and she got a hit:eek:...It only took a couple of messages to comfirm it was him...... we have another brother :D:D He's just a few months older than we are, he knew that he had a sibling but never thought it was a girl and it never entered his mind that we were twins, lol...It's been almost 40 years. Talked to Dad lastnight, he was happy about it and it looks like we're going to spend the rest of lives getting to know eachother now.It's weird and like i told my brother, I've been numb ever since I found out but it's a good kind of numb...I just hope everything works out and the way it is looking , it just might Thanks for letting me share the moment;) who knew ,Facebook of all places Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

A few years ago he went through a process to find his biological parents. He was about 30 at the time. He found his mother in Arizona, and a brother and sister there too. His brother moved here to MS for a while. His mother was basically trash and his brother tried to take advantage of him financially. Glad to hear that sometimes it works out for the better. Randy Posted March 3, 2009 Report Share Posted March 3, 2009 That's pretty cool! I was adopted and when I was 23 I got a call from a woman asking a bunch of questions. I figured it was a sales woman and almost hung up on her. Come to find out it was my biological mother. 12 years later we still keep in touch and i have 3 biological siblings, one brother and 2 sisters. I have a twin sister, she is the one that went on to facebook and found him..now we have a new half brother and he has 2 new half sisters I hate the word half, he's my brother and we're his sisters... I hate to hear the about the bad reunions, I'm afraid of the unknown...what if he turns out to be a dirtball ? I really don't think that he is, but who knows, thats what scare me,I know nothing but I have to give it a shot, we're family...I'm sure he feels the same way about us...I feel I owe it to him too...we had our dad in our lives all along, he didn't...and not all that was my dad's fault, his mother is just as much to blame, if not more, but that's something they'll have to work out, none the less I feel bad for him... hopefully we'll have happy endings to this, like Randy ...
