Made it home safely!

Well, I made it home safely. I had a great time in Erie and NY. I did both shows for Erie Promo

and Expo. They had record breaking attendance at both shows. They have already asked me to

come back for next year. I got to meet Ruth (aka- turkeygirl) in NY. and it was great meeting her.

She said that this was her first outdoor expo and she really enjoyed it. During my show, Ruth was

hid all the way in the back. I never saw her until my show was over. It was great to finally get to

meet her. I have had the chance to meet a lot of good folks this year and it has been a blast!

I have been busy, busy, busy ever since the last weekend in Jan. I arrived home on Monday

afternoon and jumped out of the truck and headed straight to the field. We had a new calf on

Monday and another new one today. That makes 22 new calves in the last month. I have been

trying to catch up on chores that have been neglected, trying to catch up on mail and getting

ready to go to London.I have to catch a plane on April 4.

I have an unbelievable hunting schedule for this fall. So far, I am scheduled for 10 different hunts in 10 different states. I am sure I will meet more members along the way.

I want to thank everyone for wishing me well when I was sick and for wishing me safe traveling.

Shoot Straight!

Randy

In London they like beer warm!

Only way to get cold beer is to get ice at your hotel and ice down your own Brew

Watney red Barrel is my favorite

Try the German brews

you can not take many folding knives like ones with lock blades in to UK. no Buck knife they will confiscate them

they might take away any broadheads too think they are also illegal.

take a slew of business cards folks always exchange cards when you meet.

make sure they give you some free time after the show...OK?

Hotel Offer huge huge breakfasts they are usually include so you can get egg, waffles, ham ,bacon, sausage, pancakes, kippers( kippered Herring) Cheeses, fruit, juice coffee eta all for free,Ask for it.

That's a proper English breakfast

Continental breakfast is a hard roll , butter and a cup of coffee

Glad to hear you made it back safely Randy. Hope you are fully recovered from the sinus crud by now, and hope you get a chance to relax a little before hitting the road again.

Last calf we had came at a bad time and don't think it ever got any colostrum from the momma, we lost it after bottle feeding it for about a week.:( Hope those momma cows make it easy for you bud.;)

Maybe you will be able to make it to Nashville for the nwtf again in the future.
