NS whitetail
As most of you know, I am a commercial lobster fisherman, therefore the weather plays a major role in my livelyhood. These last few years, the weather pattern has been almost identical. We have awesome spring like weather and calm winds the first few weeks of March and then it all changes and we get about 4-5 days of Northeast gales ( which we are getting now ) and it is always Northeast wind this time of year. You can almost mark on the calender when it is coming. Does anyone else notice a pattern like this where you live ?
Tominator
Yep. Lately it seems I'm tempted to turn the garden over only to watch a rainy pattern set in when it comes to planting time, then I fret over seed rotting, then I fret because we don't get the rain we need. Seems we go from one extreme to the other. Global warming

wtnhunt
Yep. Peaches bloomin' out = one more good frost lol Yep. Seems that has been happening here for years now though. Rainfall here so far for this year seems to be about as normal as we have had in several years Lewis, have had some pretty bad high winds, but as long as we have been here we have had winds. redkneck
Rainfall stays below normal for us last few years, but not as dry as it was about 5 years ago where we went for two years and got the average of one in those two years. I know i switch my heat pump from heat to cool and it runs constantly till heat season again. We almost dont have a spring here.

Shaun_300
It's up and down here like usual in Ontario. There's been a few times where it'd be up over 50 degrees during the day, then plummet down to -10 with -30 windchills that night. Oh well, we're used to it! OJR
After tonight's presidential news conference, it is very easy to see why we have "global warming" with the hot air that is being expelled in D.C.!

Ambuscher
I thought we were in the clear. Starting to snow again. I pulled up Weather Bug and it looks like the whole system is making a big circle and moving back through the area.
