OJR Posted April 11, 2009 Report Share Posted April 11, 2009 I had my yearly check-up with my cardiologist and everything was fine with one exception! He thinks my cholesterol is too high. It is 95! That is my LDL. He wants it down to 70!:eek: Most people dream of having the LDL below 200! My cholesterol is high enough I could split it with two other people and still be alittle on the high side. I may have to get cooking lessons from you one day.
