JimT
Finally got it out this afternoon. Had to shoot in the turkey guns so we brought out the new .243 also. After just four shots she was hammering the bullseye. So, being the gentlemen I am I set up a clay and said "Here you go, this one shot will say it all about your abilities with a rifle." Of course, this had to happen. :) Shot was kneeling at 50 yards. The rifle shoots solid but the bolt is sloppy. See what happens with that down the road I guess. Cannot expect alot from a $279.00 package gun.
tc2506
looks like you got a shooter! i havent been around a 710 but most all 243s i,ve seen shoot pretty darn good, i think the 243 is just a natrurly accurate round
wtnhunt
Guess for what you intend the gun for the sloppy bolt may not be too big a deal. She continues to get accuracy like that, she will be good on deer a pretty good ways out.
