JimT
All out of venison? What a shame. Should have saved some for summer. Yes, I know my grill is well seasoned...

redkneck
I have never had deer steak grilled..... Can I come over for supper? I can assure you Will, it's no ribeye. Takes a bit more prep and it's best if you like your meat a little med rare. It's easy to end up with a dry tough piece of meat, but if you do it right, it really hits the spot. wtnhunt
Bad problem to have there Jim. Think we still have quite a few packages of steaks and a few packages of straps to ration out and last until season starts back up.

A minute to long and it is all over.

wtnhunt
I have never had deer steak grilled..... Can I come over for supper? If your not kidding, your missing out. We grill em here after marinating in italian dressing overnight. Also use small pieces of veni steaks for fajitas, yummy stuff.
