I have never had deer steak grilled..... Can I come over for supper? :D

I can assure you Will, it's no ribeye. Takes a bit more prep and it's best if you like your meat a little med rare. It's easy to end up with a dry tough piece of meat, but if you do it right, it really hits the spot.

Yes!! You have to really watch it. No going inside to check the weather. A minute to long and it is all over.

Sure Will! I can grill you up one today. Then i'll stick a couple of stamps on it (i'd wrap it in cellophane of course), then mail it to you. If it gets there in the same time it's taking my new phone to come from arizona i got on ebay, you should be ready to eat in about 7 days.
