coles Posted August 10, 2009 Report Share Posted August 10, 2009 Well guys I was just watching Bone Collectors this morning. The episode was T-Bone and Nick hunting the Milk River. Some of you may have read it when i posted this some time ago but a guy that im good friends with in my hometown guides for whitetail in the Milk River. He asked my mom a while back if i needed a job since the outfitter he worked for was looking for more guides. She told him no since i had a job already. I took the last fall semester off and worked for an electrician in my home town. I would have quit that job in a heart beat to get job guiding on the Milk River. Well todays episode of Bone Collectors was at the Milk River and Nick shot a monster. He went to his outfitters house and showed him the rack. Ok now here is where the tears come in...While Nick was showing off the rack my buddy that asked my mom if i needed a job was talking to Nick about his rack! That could have been me! I can only hope that someday another opportunity will come up like the one i missed. I would give anything to guide Michael or Nick or T-Bone or any of the other Realtree guys to a big whitetail!
