wtnhunt
Kill all dem does ! Nope, dont think so. Too many hunters on the ground around us with the brown its down mentality in a county that should NOT have liberal limits to begin with, and we also took a hit a few years ago with ehd. Deer numbers were down, killing too many does can be a mistake. Passed on does the last couple years here. Looks like we may be seeing numbers rebound just a little, so this year may take a doe or two off our farm.

sluggunner
Bad season in Wisconsin last year... Hopefully for the guys that get out their this year it will be much better. Wisconsin had a terrible season for most guys last year. Deer numbers are way below DNR estimates and there were many many reports of very ticked off hunters in Wisconsin seeing very few or no deer at all in areas that usually have fairly decent populations. Some hunters were speculating that the DNR has been way too liberal with doe tags the previous several years and people have been just slamming the doe population to the point to where the entire population is way down. I know of a ton of guys I spoke with that said they will not take any does for the next couple of years even though there will be tags available in the areas they hunt.
