Recently I had that issue with their site and I contacted them about it. They had me clear their cookie from my browser and login again after that...it has worked fine since. When you go to sorting, be sure and remember that pics you move will have new locations and those pics if linked will no longer show up where you had them posted before. Yeah I thought about that...I would have alot of pics that would vanish all over.
