OJR
I have been typing changes to By-Laws and a Constitution. Then when I get tired of it, I have watched the race and other things on TV! My wife is working for the Legion today and it is sooooooooo nice and quiet around here, I am taking advantage of it! LOL!!
GWSmith
"Must have Lives"??? I thought you said "Must have Wives"...LOL Mine dragged me out shopping all afternoon stocking the pantry. Then showed me her acquired skills in manipulation by trying to buy me clothes...I stood my ground. I said NO... She even attempted to use reverse psychology and said OK then walked away. She found me later in the hunting department saying "I figured I'd find you here". I just looked at her with a smile and said "See...I'm well trained". Then, much to my suprise, she employed a tactic that I had rarely seen from her before. She...yes She started showing me the hunting clothes they had.:shifty: At that point I knew I had her where I wanted her...then something broke.:surrender: Somewhere deep in the fathoms of my psyche I felt a definite snap. She had turned me from my plans with the skill of a double agent deep under cover behind enemy lines. I had suddenly and hopelessly lost the memories of the Bow sight, the Backpack, and the Broadheads I was just looking at. Suddenly she had me trying to find a way out. I fell victim to the passion of a true artist of the game. As we left the hunting department with half a cart full of camo clothing I snapped back to my senses:whip: I stopped and told her "I'm just not happy with the quality of these...I have to try to find something worth the money" and I put them back...silently :taped: For I knew that when the timing was right I would strike. Yeah strike with the fury of a meteor hurtling through the clouds...the next time. :robot: Yes...the next time I go shopping for hunting clothes I shall let loose the plastic tornadoe that strains at his leash made of titanium chain clamouring in the dungeons of patience. Then we both kinda just looked at each other and said "Well we might as well go grocery shopping since we're here" So thats what I did Saturday afternoon...LOL

redkneck
No life here either. I hung a door, shot some trim up, and stained more trim for a window, all while trying to keep up with some football. Then tune in to watch MS State get humiliated (again). I dont know why they don't just drop to a div 2 school and get some pride about their game, lol.
redkneck
.....and btw Gary, dude I feel you're pain. That old "They have lots of camo over here!" trick has been played out on many a man is my guess. You did good to put it back. How many guys have you seen being lead through the mall with a dorky grin on his face cuz he got some off the wall camo pants/shirt thinking he did good while he's carrying half of Dilliard's out for his wife at the same time? m gardner
We went to Cabelas in Glendale, shot at the archery Field course, ate some of the new venison, then went for a ride on the motorcycle and manged to sling the chain and had to push it home. Thank God it wasn't very far and we didn't go down on the pavement! Old people whine enough already without that!! Mark
