Depending on how old your little guy is and the type of games you want him playing, you may even consider a Game cube system. Playstation2 and Xbox games in general target teens and adults as apposed to the younger kids. There are more titles for playstation2 than any other system out there and you can also play the playstation1 games on the PS2. This is a bonus, as there are some good games for the younger kids in PS1 format. Xbox has great graphics but are limited to game selections. Hope this helps Swamp! Graphics on Xbox are better than PS2. Bad thing about Xbox is that you MUST have the remote in order to watch DVDs. Both are good systems.
