I had a problem with my display screen on my trail camera and I just sent an inquiry to Moultrie through their automated system thingy on the website just giving my info and a short description of the problem. This is what I got in response......

You have a 12 month warranty based on date of purchase. See attached instructions for sending it in for warranty repair/replacement. If out of warranty, we will replace the screen at no charge and warranty the screen for 12 months.

How sweet is that???
