Yep, good old Vermont .. if they can find a way to destroy a good thing they surly will ..

You have to understand tho ,,, this is a state that only gives the bowhunter 3 weeks of hunting season, unless he would loike to freeze his/her tootsies off in Dec. with the ML hunters .. :hammer1:

Yep, I really love this state, and it's liberals ... :bang:

And for the record I think this banning urine based scents, and bait piles is a joke ... ;)

There might be some science behind this. Personally I think scents are sometimes effective but are way overrated. If I had to choose between baiting, calls and scents I would choose having the ability to use audilble calling (grunt tube, rattling) almost every time. I don't know the science behind it be I sure wouldn't want to touch deer pee collected from a heard with CWD. There also could be a risk to hunters from this stuff.

Just wait until a hunter comes down with the disease...I will bet you 10 - 1 that you will see a product liability lawsuit filed against deer urine marketers...if there is some science to back it up.

I will keep using deer urnine...but it would be nice to know that the deer they were taken from are healthy.

Thats the stupidest thing I've ever heard. They think anything causes CWD now a days. I would need a bit more evidence on that first before I could believe that junk. And what is this garbage about "Saskatchewan already banned urine lures." I never heard about that, but I know the conservation officers here very well, so I am going to ask them about that next time I talk to them which will be fairly soon.
