GWSmith
Vacuam seal it and send it to my address for chemical testing:clown: I'd like to see how it reacts with hydrochloric stomach acid...LOL
MichiganHunter
Vacuam seal it and send it to my address for chemical testing:clown: I'd like to see how it reacts with hydrochloric stomach acid...LOL OH see there goes GWSmith again acting like he is able/knows how to do proper protein testing....what a joke....you vacum seal that strap, send it to me. I'll conduct an advanced pork strip flavor absorption test. This test will be conducted on a wood particle fired, heat and flavor distribution tool. Once this infusion/distribution process is complete I will conduct an advanced gastrointestinal check of the strap for both quality and flavor. I will also introduce a pleasant amount of a barley and hops infused solution to further the break down of the strap to its most appropriate flavor levels. I may also introduce some ground grown vegtables such as and Idaho red potatoes to see how it interacts with the aforementioned strap. I will then send you my professional report on this piece of meat. Edited November 1, 2009 by MichiganHunter

At least you'll know it was cooked right and properly plated...not just gnawed on like a Coyote:clown: I'm deff not a chemical engineer....lol....and if gnawing like a yote gets me a nice chunk of back strap, than you would do it to....lol...All I was saying was that I will wrap the strap in maple smoked bacon, cook it over a hicory chip fire along with a few potatos and enjoy it with a couple of beers...very simple...lol, I know you can get it:hammer1:......AND I belive if you look I'm the only one he said came close to talking him into it...but in the long run...me and you GW are both out of luck here...might as well go kill our own.
