yotewannabe
Does anybody on this forum own a shooter's ridge deluxe bipod? im thinking about getting one for my remington 700 sps .270. If you've had any experience with one, please let me know how you like it. I've heard that they are a cheaper clone of harris bipods. Adjam5
I too have considered a Shooters Ridge bipod. They sell them at wally world for like $39. One was opened and I took a good look at it. It is rolled sheet metal with springs set inside it. I think it is a bit flimsy and cheap. The Harris model is machined aluminum and much more sturdier, but it is also 2x the price. I think in this case, you will get what you pay for. Bipods get opened and closed quite often. I would go with the quality model( Harris) if it is affordable.
