kidd
I figure this might get moved but here goes... I saw a stat. last nite that said 40% of grill/smoker owners are year round users. That is up from 20% just a few years ago....So how many of you are year round grillers/smokers? Here at our house we grill/smoke atleast 3-4 times a week all year round:)...gets more crazy in the summer when the competations (sp) ramp up!!! Diamond Archer 01
We use our grill year round also. We prolly use our grill in the winter about once a week, but in the summer it seems like we are using our grill every day.
Strut10
Use the grill year 'round.....yep. I've had a Char-Broil Commercial Series stainless for about 5 years and it's about shot internally. Don't know whether to do a complete rebuild on it or get another. Muff
We try to but with the cold and the wind in the winter its hard....but its going to be mild all this week so I will be grilling!
stevebeilgard
i'd normally say i grill all year long, but my grill is still under a drift. so, no grilling this year. well, that's not exactly true either. i have an inside jen-aire grill and do cook a bunch on it. but it's not the same as the old carsinagen ladened outdoor charcoal griller... Adjam5
We are constantly grilling here. At least once sometimes twice a week. Usually always venison or beef, occasionally seafood. I have neighbors wander into my yard wondering what smells so good. I tell them it is most likely the deer that ate your Azaleas,Tulips and shrubs:D. The back deck is one of the areas that gets cleared when we shovel snow In a few months I will be pruning my apple trees at deer camp. I save all the trimmings to smoke on the grill with. We have a Weber grill that cooks awesome.

BrotherBadger
I do grill year round. I am currently building my own smoker, so i can do it more often. It is a bit harder, as my current landowner doesnt allow grills or smokers on second story apts.
doubleA
Having a warm climate pretty much year around,we cook alot outside. Have an outdoor kitchen, it's complete with Lynx Professional built in grill and cooktop along with refrigerator, microwave, 32" plasma tv, sound system etc. Also have a bbq pit with firebox that we smoke/bbq larger pieces of meat on such as brisket. For sitting around and socializing and throwing some fajitas on for a quick meal we use one of my fire rings that I make. We do a great deal of entertaining/ fellowshipping with our family, community and church family. Feeding 20-50 youth is always alot of fun through out the summer. Tominator
Yep, I'm a year round griller/smoker. Unless it gets really cold, then it gets hard to smoke.
RangerClay
I used to put my grill up for the winter because over a normal winter I have 3 feet of snow on the deck. This year I put the grill in the garage instead of the shed. It was fun grilling wings for guests on New Years day.

bluelund79
Yep, year 'round griller, however during winter, I use the gas more than charcoal. Use it in the garage with the big door cracked and good to go...
