m gardner
It would be a real find if we could actually see it and not just "detect it". It's a real stretch to believe that anything is there. It's alot like smelling roadkill along the highway then guessing where it is and what kind of animal it is. MonsterBuck48
are we there yet? its kinda like teaching us that pluto was the ninth planet then to turn around and say its not a planet. i want my money back

Jeramie
It would be a real find if we could actually see it and not just "detect it". It's a real stretch to believe that anything is there. It's alot like smelling roadkill along the highway then guessing where it is and what kind of animal it is. I agree 100% An article I read last week said this and many other findings were due to funding. When they start running low or near a deadline they "find" another planet or something. The main way this planet was discovered was by the moving of celestial bodies. They actually know little to nothing about the planet and are merely guessing based on the celestial movement. Also, they are saying it would take 3 - generations to reach which in my opinion means they have no way of knowing what the planet is like. Heck, we cant reach anything in our solar system short of the moon!
dbHunterNY
Things Nasa does and astrology is important, but I don't think I'm too worried about something that's going on 3 generations worth of distance away.
