Jeramie Posted October 19, 2010 Report Share Posted October 19, 2010 Im Sick.... Again...... Im the guy that never gets sick. However, somehow my daughters daily trip to the 4-year old program is bringing home all kinds of wicked things that are doing their best to put me in the grave. I woke up yesterday with a 102 degree fever (actually I was up all Sunday/ Monday night). Stayed home from work yesterday but I have some serious fires to put out so I showed up this morning. Now im sitting at my desk feeling like ive been hit by a truck, all my joints HURT, and running a fever. Between the kids at school and the wife working in the nursing home we get all kinds of crud brought home. Take multivitamins and extra vitamin c regularly, seems to help some. Newarcher Posted October 19, 2010 Report Share Posted October 19, 2010 School = voodoo germs. Worse than anything you could pick up if you licked the doorknobs at a mall somewhere. My wife had surgery a week before the kids went back to school and was down and out for three weeks or so. Both kids and I caught strep less than a week after they went back to school. I have a really sore throat, im tired, and I have a dry cough but at least im not huring everywhere. Hopefully I make the same improving leap tomorrow I made today.
