I have family and friends with political views from both extremes. I have learned to change the topic or just plain ignore anything they say especially with family. I will never base a relationship on politics or religion so I end up making some humorous replies that are not negative and move on.

Yep Steve B had a good one also. LOved it. I would expect that kind of stuff at hunting camp especially from old farts. (I am a old fart)

I can not help in thinking of this question. Who would you fellas want to give a speech to the kids encouraging them to work hard and stay in school besides yourself?

Well my sons team has not done well since the newest coach took over. (1 win in 12 games). Lost 0-43 last week. They put my son (a LB) at nose guard (170lbs against 250 plus centers and sometimes double teamed). However even in the debacle last week my son was a bright spot. He had 5th most tackles ever at the school in one game. 23 tackles and a fumble recovery. I love watching them play but love high school wrestling more

Getting ready to leave the house for my son's 2nd game. Not much to expect with the coaches they have. Lost 1st one 20-59. Of course the offensive blame went to my son so he is not playing offense this week. LOL

My son does not listen to adults as it is. If they did and they probably won't he would just use that time to take a snooze since it does not involve girls.

Used to go there every year until we moved. One of the things I miss is going to Cedar Point. Glad you had a good time.

One really good note at his residence hall. Codie's roommate is a fellow hunter from Kentucky. I keep expecting him to come out of his bedroom. LOL

Positives. Pretty sure it will be there next year. No permission slip needed. Some are managed well when funds are there. You get to meet great people at the camping areas. etc etc etc Negatives People You will have people that feel they own certain spots and walk up and say it is theirs and it public land like the ones who leave stands up. You will have to know that you will get walked up on even if they know you are there somewhere. That does not tick me off too much since I expect it. Sorta goes along with previous sentence. etc etc about people
