  1. Re: Anyone seen this Picture of a kill? I wouldn't make to harsh of a judgement until you hear the actual story. Granted the picture doesn't look good, but there may be more to it than meets the eye.
  2. Re: So Much For KIA! A ranger! That's like getting out of the frying pan and into the fire. CHEVROLET PLEASE
  3. Re: So Much For KIA! Something you need to think about if you haven't already, if the belt is only good for 60,000, you are looking at doing this once a year. Is that really where you want to be, maybe fix and sell.

  5. Re: Elk Hunters - throw everything you got at me Rifleman25, I am going to copy your list and add it to the post about the RT elk hunt, very good info. Thanks
  6. Re: Another wreck [ QUOTE ] Did you grab your neck and seek a lawyer? With the right lawyer you will be hunting with Bill Jordan on the Milk River. [/ QUOTE ] Hopefully you don't take this wrong, but I am not that way, and I can't stand anybody that is.
  7. Here is a link to watch bear in Alaska. I have not seen it yet, but just thought you might be interested. The bears
  8. Re: Another wreck Finally heard, they totaled it. Now I got to go shopping. I hate dealing with car salesman.
  9. Re: Texas Hunt Don't really know to much about the hunting in that part of the State, but I think you should be in a pretty good area. As for the weather, your extremes could be from in the teens for lows to in the 70's for highs. The average weather should probably be low's in the 40's and highs around 50 - 60.
  10. Re: How hours do you work on the job My paycheck says 40 hours. Here is my schedule more or less M-F - 6 am - 6 pm Sat 6 am - 2 pm Yep that looks like 40 hours.
  11. Re: She got away with it [ QUOTE ] They should lock the husband up also, he is just as culpable as the wife. [/ QUOTE ] I have said that from the very beginning. I am just glad the trial is over, now maybe the local media can move on to something else. Anybody that can kill 5 kids, let alone their own kids, has to be crazy. But that shouldn't mean she should get away with it. That's what the death penalty should be used for.
  12. Re: Tony Stewart You need to add one more column that has the budget that he had to work with compared to both of the 7 time Champs.
  13. Re: Feeders!!! Ya or Nah!! [ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] You should change your name to Firestarter. [/ QUOTE ] Legal in Texas and widely used. I've got several free choice (meaning the deer can eat as much as they want whenever they want) protein feeders out along with some timed feeders with corn in them. We only run the corn feeders Sep - Feb. The protein we feed year round. I really like using a corn feeder for does and for culling young bucks with undesirable genetics. It gives you a good opportunity to look over the deer before you shoot. But if you want to take a trophy buck, they're pretty much useless. About the only way a mature buck might come by is during the rut to check out any does that are there. Otherwise, forget about it! They ain't that dumb. [/ QUOTE ] Ya, what he said.
  14. Re: Yes sir/Yes ma\'am?? [ QUOTE ] My parent only make me say it to other adults. [/ QUOTE ] Don't make them make you, do it on your own. It will greatly benefit you, whether you can see it now or not. That is one thing I will give my son's mother , she taught him good manners at a very young age and so far, he still has them and uses them. Occaisionally, he needs a little reminder, but heck, that is what dad's are for. I don't mind reminding him.
  15. Re: Two points [ QUOTE ] Why wasn't Blaney penalized when he got into the back of Jr??? [/ QUOTE ] If that was gordon or jj that got ran over like Jr. did, we would still be hearing all the crying and whining about it. Although Jr. didn't like it and wasn't real happy, at least he wasn't whining about it and actually put part of the blame on himself and his team for not having a car that was able to get out of the way.
  16. Re: Tony Stewart [ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] My credability is just fine and so isn't Gordons... [/ QUOTE ] hah! even you are admitting it now! [/ QUOTE ] That is the first intelligent thing I have seen come out of his fingers in quite some time.
  17. Re: Tony Stewart [ QUOTE ] Wether it be from Gordon right down the ladder,, [/ QUOTE ] How about up the ladder from Gordon, cause he sure ain't at the top.
  18. Re: Another wreck For those who just have to see my misery, here is a link to it. web page look under Truck Wreck #2 Upon looking at them today the body damage doesn't appear that bad, but the real damage is under it.
  19. Drove my truck for over 5 years and over 260,000 miles with no wrecks, then I hit the deer in May with over $7,000 damage to it and now this morning a lady ran a stop sign and hit me. She hit me on the driver side right behind my door, caved the side in, hit the rear tire and messed the rearend up, which pulled the driveshaft out and I was told messed up both the transfer case and the cracked the transmission housing. I was pulling my trailer with my 4 wheeler on it, so she then moved back and hit the front axle of the trailer and tore the spring perches off. But the bike appeared to be ok. The trailer can be fixed, but I believe that after 271,000+ miles the old truck will have to be put to rest. And I guess the other good news was both of us were ok also. I got some pics of it, but don't really feel like putting them up right now, so maybe monday.
  20. Re: Vacation Pics Just went through all 5 pages, that is some awesome scenery. Looks like you and your family had a great trip.
