Morrel picking season has started. Last weekend and this weekend we found about 50 morrels. Done fried them up and had some good eats.

Re: English Pointers??? Great pictures and some great looking dogs. I have had springers, pointers,setters,shorthairs,several beagles and a couple mixed breeds. Nothing finer than a good huntin dog!

Re: Need help in cutting slate for new call I use a hole saw without the center drill bit. It does a pretty good job if you take your time when drilling. Give me yell if you need more info.

Re: Remington Model 1100 Automatic I have an old 1100 3"magnum. I use for just about all my shootgun shooting, from doves to geese. Several years ago I bought a remchoke replacement barrel for it. Now I can use the gun for just about anything.

Ckecked them out at cabelas (online). Wondering if you need the whole conversion kit or just the nipple if your gun already shoots 209s.
