  1. Re: Good movie came out today Just got back from seeing it and it was great. They did a very good job at keeping the movie as authentic as possible. The antique car that was used for MU's President in the movie is owned by a woman here in Princeton and she was at the movie, they made a big announcement at the start of the movie haha. I recommend to movie to everyone!
  2. Re: Good movie came out today Should be going to see it tonight! Some of my friends got to see it when it came out in Huntington 2 weeks ago and they said it was amazing. The whole theater was in tears.
  3. Re: Project Finally Finished, Merry Xmas To Me That's AWESOME! Almost too nice to take out in the woods!
  4. Re: What kind of cell phone do you have?? Motorola Slvr. I'll never own another Motorola flip phone, I've had 2 and they both broke within a year of use. The candybar style Slvr hasn't let me down though.....yet
  5. Re: Old Shows? My favorite "old" shows probably aren't that old to some people, but I love Seinfeld, Home Improvement, Fresh Prince of Bel Air, Family Matters, Full House, I Love Lucy, Gilligan's Island, and the Stooges!
  6. Re: Down Go the Trojans! SO glad to see the Trojans go down. I don't know if I'd like seeing a Michigan - Ohio State game again, I think Michigan already had their chance. Guess we'll find out tomorrow!
  7. Re: what do you do for work? I'm a Salesman for Electronics at Sears. Hope after 3 more years of college, I'll be a Civil Engineer for a local mining operation/equipment producer.
  8. Re: Runny Nose Tear off a small piece of tissue or paper towel, roll it up, and plug your nose with it! Works like a charm
  9. Re: lost one to the yotes That happened to my dad 2 years ago. He shot a decent buck during muzzleloader season and it ran forever. After spending a couple hours looking for it, it was too dark so we left to come back the next morning. We finally found the deer next to a creek, but unfortunately the yotes had got to it during the night and only left us the rack. They had literally picked the deer clean, even got most of the meat off the ribs.
  10. Re: first broadhead you used? My first was a 125 gr. Serrated 3 blade broadhead. I don't remember the name, but they were cheap at Walmart lol. It did a number on the deer I shot with it too!
  11. Re: Busch Gardens / Williamsburg VA I've only been down there 3 times, but I love that place! As far as roller coasters go, you've got to ride the Big Bad Wolf. It's a coaster that takes a huge drop right overtop this river running through the park and you come like 8 feet off the water. Very fun! Also there's the Lochness Monster, which is the oldest one there I think, it's pretty good. The Alpinegeist is a "skiing" oriented coaster that's pretty cool. And the HUGE Purple one you see when entering the parking lot is something like the Appolo's Chariot i think? Anyways it's very fun because the G's you experience from it are way up there. Not too much is holding you back as far as restraints so it's a pretty fun one lol. Everything there is good though! Just be sure to take LOTS of money for food and drink! lol
  12. Re: another night of carping, Pics A couple buddies and I went carping the past 2 days and have only got 1 in so far. We were using a dough bait made of Instant Grits, Strawberry Jello, and Creamed Corn. They seem to like it pretty good, which is why I guess one of them jerked my rod into the water and took it about 10 yards off the bank lol. Luckily we snagged my rod because it floated, lost the fish but got my rod back! They are pretty fun to catch, pound for pound I think they fight harder than catfish. We were fishing during morning-mid day, is fishing them at night or evening the best time to fish them?
  13. Re: Flutie retires And you gotta love how he ended his career with the infamous "dropkick" he made last year!
  14. Re: 3rd Basemen Schmidt all- time. Present day is tough tho, I love my Yankees, but ARod dissapoints me too much at 3rd to get my vote. So i'm going out on a limb and saying Wright for the Mets. He has some fielding skills!

    xbox 360

Re: xbox 360 The Xbox 360 isn't anything compared to what the new PS3 will be. If I ever buy another console, it'll be the new playstation when it comes out, and thats coming from a big Xbox fan. They're overrated and overpriced, and there seems to be alot of problems and glitches with them that Microsoft is actually getting sued for right now. But for the mean time, I'll just use the old Xbox for my gaming!
  16. Re: Professional hunter and an amateur hunter My understanding would be if you make your living by hunting, then you're a professional.
  17. Re: HUNTING TIP(tampon scent wicks) Awesome, AWESOME idea buckee ! I made 2 of them this weekend, and have told everybody I know about it. They work awesome, and hold so much scent. My girlfriend was a little weirded out when I first asked for some tampons though lol.
  18. Re: New Explorer update messed up this site! I'm not having the problem you are but I too just ran the Windows updater, and now the forums have a huge black area to the right? I cannot remember this ever being there, maybe it's just my browser though (Mozilla Firefox).
  19. Re: Slick trick... which I switched to the standard ST 100's this year, and they are wonderful! I shot a doe tonight, and as soon as the arrow hit the blood poured out. Left an awesome entry and exit hole, and made a perfect 4 blade hole in the heart/lungs. Great shooting heads!!!
  20. Re: European mount I did.... That is nice! I've done 2 so far, and I took the nasal bones out as well, it does look better in my opinion. I boil the head in salt/water, then bleach in peroxide. Makes for a very nice clean white mount. I did one for a buddy for $30 a couple days ago, and he told me it was awesome at least 15 times haha. I'm thinking about ordering some Sal Soda (disolves the meat in under an hour) and putting up ads to do these and make a little extra money!
  21. Re: so long busch stadium Busch Stadium is one of the greatest around. I can't believe they're taking it down, that's like tearing down Fenway. I'm a Yankees fan myself, but I have to say LaRussa is an amazing skipper, and my hat goes off to the way he plays ball. But for now I'm rooting for the Astros to take it all!
  22. Re: Under Armor Cold Gear, worth every penny!!!!!! Under Armor Cold Gear is amazing! I have a long sleeve mock turtleneck that I wear for baseball. I can sit there and not do anything and sweat. It's pretty cool how it works, and I know that i'll be wearing it when it gets cold here this year!
  23. Re: slick trick broadheads? I ordered some 100 gr. ST's and got them in today. WOW, these little dudes look mean. They are extremely solid and well built, I've never seen a broadhead as simple yet tought as this one, especially for a 4 blade. I didn't have the chance to shoot any today though, so I don't know about the same flight as field tips, but from all the posts i've read on AT, they really perform great. I really recommend these heads.
  24. Re: wtb: old baker style climbing tree stands http://cgi.ebay.com/Baker-tree-stand-wit...1QQcmdZViewItem Yikes!!!
  25. Re: WTB bow hanger I've bought 2 of the cheap Allen bow hangers. They do the job just fine, but on both of them when I went to unscrew them from the tree after using them one time only, the screw part snapped off into the tree. I didn't get them too tight into the tree or anything, and the 2nd one I used I made sure not to get it too tight. But it ended up snapping off as well when I was unscrewing it from the tree. Anybody else ever had this happen?
