  2. Re: How do I check my pm\'s Thanks for the help, I thought I was going to loose the rest of my hair on my head. I had just about pulled it all out trying to figure this out.
  3. You know I feel like a mental midget, I cannot figure out how to get in and check my private messages. You talk about computer illiteriate, put my name at the top of the list. The book they wrote" computers for dummies" had my picture on the front of it. Somebody help me out here, I am going nuts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  4. Re: 1975 to 2005 I can relate also, I wasn't quite as old as buckee, or too pointer but I can definitely relate, I was only 18 and graduated high school. Man I thought Iwas old, but you two are ancient........................lol just kiddin, help I've fallen, and can't get up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  5. Re: Accident Glad to here that everyone was ok. Yes you did indeed learn a valuable lesson and it was a cheap price, only a scare, it could have been a lot worse. You just never know when you are liable to hit an icy spot that could turn a normal ride into a tragic ride. Always wear your seat belt, and just lower your speed about 10 to 15 mph. You will get there a little slower, but you will get there.
  6. Re: Question From Realtree Video Dept. I really enjoy watching the monster buck videos, because it is awesome to see all those large bucks on video. I am an avid bowhunter and love being up close and personal. But I also love rifle and muzzleloader hunting. The archery tournament is always a great part of the video, don't change that, and I love watching Tbone and Willy on the videos you have to keep those two. One thing I would like to see is maybe one or two normal hunts though. We all know that all bucks are not monster bucks, so watching the guys take an animal that is of normal size would be cool also. I know the huge bucks are what helps sell your product, but 1 or 2 hunts with normal size animals with mediocre racks would be fine with me. Thanks for listening to me rant, and you all have a great holiday, and may god bless all of you.
  7. Re: 2005 Realtree Christmas Exchange Pairs I sent my info to you on a pm, bowtech let me know what you think
  8. Re: IL droptine monster Now thats what you call a monster buck, do you know how many points on the rack? Just wondering.
  9. Re: Bowhunting the milk river I agree, just want to thank you and all your buddies for everything you are doing. Be careful, and be safe. When you get back, enjoy your hunt and I hope you shoot a 160 class.
  10. Re: Kisser Buttons who uses them? I use a kisser button on my bow, and love it. It gives me a good anchor point, and if you do wear a face mask, just try pressing into your face against the mask. It may take a couple tries but I think you can still find your anchor point. Also practice with your face mask on and choose your anchor point that way.
  11. Re: my 2005 bow buck Congrats, that is a nice buck. Sounds like you had an awesome afternoon.
  12. Re: Ever See An Iceberg From Top To Bottom... Fake or not, it is still an awesome sight. Those things can get huge.

  14. I am from Northern W.Va., would any one be interested in a tri-state get together. Ohio, Pa and W.Va. That might be interesting. Anyone could come to it, not limited to just tri-state. Let me know what you think.
  15. Re: That\'s It Now I\'m TICKED OFF !! actually vermonthunter, if you think about it, you are still doing work for the store. you are presenting testimony against the defendants which in turn is being used to protect the owners property. as I see it, you are still doing the work you were hired to do. hopefully your little thieves are receiving some kind of punishment, and not allowed back on the store property.
  16. Re: W.Va rifle season starts Monday the 21st beagleboy I had not heard that there was several that tested positive, I had only heard of one. Also I watched a show about cwd, and from what I saw I would think that a hunter would be able to tell if an animal were sick. I would also hope that they would report it to the local DNR.
  17. Re: Got a nice One!!! very nice looking deer, congrats on your kill.
  18. Re: Grandma passed away.. Sorry to here about your grandmother passing. you have my condolences to you and your family.
  19. It only took me 21/2 years to do it. But I finally made it to a six pt. Now that I got a Good Computer, I guess I can get alot more posting done, and maybe someday I will make it to be a Monster Buck. I can only hope.
  20. Re: Blood Bright red blood is a good sign of a good shot, Lungs, heart. Dark red is usually a sign of a liver shot. Further back than you would like. Best to let them lie for 6 to 8 hrs. to make sure they expire. Don't put to much pressure on them, or you could spook them and maybe loose them.
  21. Re: storm safe room? No we don't have one here. I don't believe there has ever been a need for one in our area. That doesn't mean that it never could happen. I guess it is not a bad idea.
  22. Re: Age to start hunting. I don't believe there is a problem with youngsters going hunting with their parents or a responsible adult. That is the best time for them to learn the proper techniques of hunting. I think it should be up to the parents to determine when it is time for youngsters to be able to hunt.
  23. Re: Happy B-day Tominator! Happy birthday tominator, hope you had a good one, and many more to follow.
  24. Re: Wish this was mine (pic)... That is a really nice 6 pt buck. Good spread and nice tine length. Congrats to the hunter, and a nice kill.
