Well this really sucks!!!!!!!!! My familly and I went to a hay ride for the kids at my cousin's place Friday night and the next day as I am sitting in my treestand my face begins to burn a little and I think what the heck. Then Sunday morning I find out why it was burning, I have it all around my mouth, my lips are swollen like a boogle mouth bass. It's in my eyes and all over my face. Going to the doctor to get a shot and some meds. Hopefully it will be gone soon. I thought poison ivy season was over but I guess not!!!! It's so bad I had to take off work because the heat was setting my face on fire.

Best I figure they are feeding at night, atleast here in NE OK. I and a friend of mine have been seeing only a few does late in the evening. Only have pics on trail camera at night about 2 hours after dark and 2-3 hours before light. Have been busted on plot 30min. before light.

I have the same thing going on on my food plot but I have a fairly ballanced buck to doe ratio 3 to 1(best I can figure from trail cam pics) and I have elected to not shoot the doe or either of the fawns. I will take one or two from the bigger herd that frequents also.

Re: Deer Activity? I've been seeing a few but not as many as last year at this time. Trail cam is only getting pics at night also, on my food plot. A buddy of mine has been seeing deer every day since season opened and scored on a nice 7 point opening day. I'm going to start hunting about 500 yards off the plot tomorrow I think I'll do alot better there.

I have a Walker's Game Ear that I bought specially for my Father-in-law. He never used it as he past-away in june. I don't have any hearing loss and don't need it. I tried it 2 times and it works great, just not the thing for me. I am wanting to sell it for $125. It is 8 months old. Make me an offer!!!!!!!!!!!! May also trade!!!

bar2hunter covered it pretty well. I wouldn't recomend fuji film, a buudy of mine tried and and couldn't get it to work. And also , cheap batteries work fine in warm weather but fade quickly in cold weather. I use raovack batteries in the summer and duracell in the winter. It also recomends that not to leave out in freezing temps.

Re: Question about Stealth Cam. The "R" is rewind, "MU" is minute up, "MD" is minute down, "P" is how many pictures you want. When you turn the camera OFF or replace bateries, and turn it back on the film will wind 3 exposures, if there isn't enough film to wind that far the "E" will appear on the screen. Just put it on "TEST" and push the "R" and it should rewind. The "E" will also appear if a new roll of film doesn't wind correctly. There is a toll free number on the inside cover. I had to call it a few times before I learned how to use it propperly.

A couple of weaks ago I was going out to do some scouting and check to see if my stand was still there and she asked me why I had on calone?????? I said"So you do like my fresh earth aroma after all!!!!!" She said "Is that what that is UUUUGGGG!!!"
