Re: Anti-theft? I have mine on private land and all our neighbors are cool. The only time it get worried about them is during hunting season because we have a part of a woods that connects with public land. Usually I just put them up somewhere else then. The few times I had a camera up in public land, I python locked it as high as I could standing on a log pointing down and I'm 6'4". And with my 3d camo, you can barely see the camera if you're looking. Most people just pass under without even seeing it.

Re: Who has an IPod? I have one. I wish I didn't get an Apple though. The generic brands are just as good but cheaper. Plus, they actually let you take music off of your mp3 player and can double as an external hard drive. Those Fm transmitters are pretty cool but you lose a little quality. If you have an aftermarket cd deck, you can easily plug a stereo plug into the back of it and hook the other end up to the headphones jack on your Ipod. Little better sound and a lot cheaper.

Re: MYSPACE!! I'm really not a big fan of myspace but don't say that myspace is for sickos. That's like saying guns are for crooks. Sure guns can be used to rob a bank or shoot someone but not all gun owners are criminals(this shouldn't be new to anyone here.) Same goes for myspace and chat rooms. It CAN be used by pedifiles and sickos but don't generalize or stereotype a whole site based on a few dumb criminals. Criminals are everywhere. If we condemn chat rooms and blog sites then I'm sure those pedifiles will find some other way to break the law. Sorry for the rant but I like people to keep an open mind.

Re: WARNING: Ebay bidders If I see just one of those signs, I always back out immedieatly. Number 3 and 6 are dead give aways. I only buy from people with feedbacks 99% or higher and always make sure they have a good amount of items sold. I don't buy from people with 100% that have only bought 1 or 2 items and that's it. I've only had one bad experience with ebay and got my money back through paypal.

Re: Cuddeback changed to IR Check with Vman over at Iowawhitetail. He's done it. From what he said, it sounds like you just have to remove the Ir filter inside the camera and refocus it. I don't think you need a clear piece of glass to replace the filter like other cams. He says it's pretty easy.

I've been looking for a new climbing treestand. All I want is something simple without a lot of straps and armrests and big seats. Those just get in the way and make noise anyway. And I like simple stands because they are a lot cheaper. I see a picture of the Lone wolf climber and I thought it would be perfect. Nothing extra that I don't need and it looks cheap. I click on the picture for more details. $330! All it is is a platform and a little something for you to sit on. What makes it $330 when all the other treestands with fancy leather seats, cup holders and cruise control only cost $200?
