Re: strutting toms this late a few years ago i was walking to my stand in October and had 3 toms in full strut in the middle of a cut corn field. I tried to put the sneak on them but didn't work out. Never seen one strutting this late since.

Re: Here\'s a good question right now for me it is time to be alone and relax. I have 2 daughters who are 4 and 2. I think I may take the 4 year old out with me this year a couple of times during the early part of the season. I am sure when the both are older they will be with me all the time.

Re: Can\'t shoot turned to the far right. I guess you were trying to shoot without moving your feet?? I would just move very slowly and get your feet pointed in the right direction. I had a deer a few years back that had me going from the right side back to the left side before I got a shot. Take your time and move slow.

I am wanting to use my Nova as a slug gun this year. What do u guys recommend doing to it to make it work. what kind of choke tube and what kind of slugs should i try. It is drilled and tapped so I may put a scope on it. thanks for all the help.

I am a chronic over packer. i pack up things that i may or may not need then i feel the need to check and recheck everything the night before. when i do go hunting I pick one special arrow to use until i get a shot. then if the arrow is still good, i put another broadhead on it and use it again.

Re: Easy Tick Removal a sugar water mix worked on one that was stuck in my 4 year olds arm pit the other night. she did not want to use tweezers. the tick pulled itself out after a minute or so.

Re: Horse riding we are wanting to move into the country and she told us that if we move she wants a horse. So now we have to find a house with enough land and a barn to get a horse. The place where she takes lessons offers birthday parties so we are going to have hers there. They offer all the kids that go to the party free rides and stuff. should be fun.
