Who here has built or is building a AR Im debating 6.8 but I have been researching the 6mm ppc for the accuracy I already have a DPMS 204 so Im not interested in a .223 or 556. i reload my own ammo so im not worried about the ammo availablity anybody have any experience with either of the two calibers I am looking at? When we had our house redone we had the drywallers put a smooth finish on the walls no texture to mimic the look of the plaster that we had before ... we have even had ppl comment on if we put plaster back in ... you can tell in some places its drywall but for the most part it looks really good ... you cant find a seem anywhere in the house ... they used a spray mixture with primer and mud sprayed on just like paint and they had like 24" trowels that they skimmed it with right after he sprayed it took them about 2 days to do the whole house ... sanded too of course but over all it looks pretty good it takes a bit more work but its worth it. The classifieds here run a bit differently then they do on other forums most dealing are done with members that have been here a while ... meaning take your post and spin it around ... its a risk on both parts any time there is a transaction taking place ... if you are worried about it then maybe the post shouldnt be up maybe try Gunbroker or someplace like that where you can get a guarantee with your purchase/selling through paypal or what not ... Im not saying having it in our classifieds is bad or to remove it Im just suggesting that maybe until you get to know a few ppl here and they get to know you maybe I dont know ... also you need to put more info in the thread ... and deffinately sells better with a picture. I got to see Randy shoot the famous seven balloon shot in Des moines this weekend ... awesome to say the least ... he really does put on a great show ... he even had to compete with the American Picker guys and he held the audience pretty good ... It shouldnt have been deleted period ... when it got off topic it was from a couple of ppl who have a personal vendetta against each other ... the other person appologized and then Scott comes in ans says its just discussion let it ride as long as it stays on topic and no minors comment on drinking ... it was very much on topic .... once again you want to know why ppl lump all the mods into one its cause they dont know who does what ... its just done ... guess we have to blame them all ... its certainly isnt right but if you want to be on these forums I guess that you have to accept that ... I was actually hoping that with Scott wanting feedback that some of this would actually improve ...
