Rangers kick butt venison teriyaki 1/2 cup light soy sause (has less sodium) 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar 2 tablespoons Veg. oil 1 tsp. ground ginger 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 clove garlic minced Take venison backstrap and cut into thin strips. Fry in margenine till lightly browned. Set aside. Mix all of the above ingredients in the fry or wok and heat till sugar is disolved. Add venison and cook on med-low for 5 minutes. Add your favorite FRESH not frozen vegetables and cook till warm. Serve over rice. Best with a bottle of shiraz. Enjoy!

Hi everyone, I just got home. I had dinner with Steve and Rhilda (hope I spelled that right) I had a super time. Sorry I have no pics, we got so caught up in the conversation that I totally forgot. Everything you guys have said about Steve is true, what a super guy and Rhilda was wonderful as well. Thank you Steve for dinner and the goodies. Next time I'm buying. Right now my winter schedule is wiiiiiide open except for the first two weekends in February.

I really like the newer Thunderbirds, preferably a convertable. I have always wanted a convertable. If I cannot have that I want this.
