I couldn't have said it myself. I keep threatening to start my own club and call it QDHA (Quality Deer Hunting Association). Get away from the animal husbandry and commercialization aspect of our sport and more into the quality experiences.
My bow season starts tomorrow. Its going to be close to 80 degrees and raining, not sure if I will go out. Still excited none the less with opening day within reach!
I was practicing the other night when I looked down and saw the star shaped string silencer that came with my Hoyt laying on the deck. I was planning to go back to the dealer and get it replaced but I was wondering if there is a better product out there. Should I go with Sims this time or something else? What would you recommend?
Thanks!
I know you are from Texas and required by law to root for the Cowboys or the Texans but stepping up to the plate in one game does not erase years of inconsistant decision making.
We are starting to get some color in the leaves. A few on the ground as well. We had two frost warnings last week. Next Tuesday cannot get here quick enough!!
Some great advise right there!
I have shot the Iceman FLX. It made my top 5 when I was shopping for a new bow. The Iceman has a very solid back wall that impressed me. However while doing some research on Archery Talk I found a bunch of threads about questionable service from Bowtech/Diamond. It was enough to sway my decision. I'm a Hoyt man now.
The new camera they gave me only lasted one set of batteries. So I sent it back and without question they gave me my 3rd camera. Yes good customer service but these shipping charges to send them back are adding up.
Last year I sent back a Wildgame Innovations IR4. Great customer service and they sent me a new one. That new camera didn't even last one set of batteries. So I call them again anticipating the worst and they send me another camera. Let's hope that #3 is a charm. I got a great deal on the camera but I have spent $20 sending two cameras back. Not sure if I will buy a another Wildgame Innovations camera again.
I am looking for a new cover scent and thought I might give this a try. They say that they make it fresh each year. How do you like it and did you get the bottle or stick?
