I know you should also get yourself a passport or a copy of your birth cert. as proof of citizenship to re-enter the U.S.. The times have changed. I just went through this summer to Michigan from Sault-St-Marie and across Wisconsin and Minnesota back to Canada. What a pain at the border coming into Michigan. I had to leave all my food and dog food and dog treats at the border and the officers acted like they had never seen frs radios or a handheld cb walkie before. They grilled me about what they were and what I needed them for. I was sure glad to be on the road after that. I didn't realize so much had changed in two years until that day. Sorry for goin on and on! Better to be prepared.

Re: Things you learned this year.... I've learned that when unexpected change comes when your out hunting(weather, wind, etc.) you have to be able to adapt to the situation and stay in the woods. I saw more deer when I thought all was lost and just hunkered down.

They think its ok to swear at you and disrespect you because your not their parent, and even some parents can't get any respect. It's all too common these days and I, like you, am more than a little choked at these wanna be cool little dirtbags. Maybe the solution lies with a verbal bashing or gesture bylaw that gives these kids a sentence of 30 days at boot camps each time they decide to get mouthy. LOL Who knows, but something has to be done or they won't survive!

Re: How did you pick your Screen Name... Mine has two reasons and they both stuck me with Puffy. My nephews were responsable for calling me Uncle Puffy because Jeffrey was too hard to say with two missing front teeth. The other is from my sisters boys who thought my biceps were puffy. Henceforth I was Uncle Puffy and my glass business also has this title.

Re: first 3-d It sure helps to hone your shooting skills. It sounds like your hooked, and if its free like you said , even better. It prompted me to purchase a 3-d target for practice many years ago. It's just plain fun to shoot look alike critters.LOL
