Re: Wish me luck i'll wish ya luck!! it's been really slow where i hunt as well. i have yet to take a deer. i toke one of my buddy's last tuesday and put him in my stand and he killed his first buck a small 3 point.

Re: Keller Sight i had a keller a couple of years ago and will not buy another one. they vibrate way to much!! if i'm going to pay 70 - 80 bucks for a sight it better not make any noise. i have a savage pedulum now and i love it. no vibration at all. dead on at 20 yds. and i won't shoot anything outside of 30yds so that is perfect for me!

Re: Deer decoy well guys i got up to go sat morning and got to our camp and a guy was already in the stand that i wanted to hunt and i told him the day before where i was going to hunt. it really ticked me, my dad and my dad's boss off big time. this guy always goes around the office and asks people where they are going to hunt. we hunt on some company land and the satnds are first come first sevr deal but danget, he asked me where i was going to hunt and i told him and he told me where he was going and we were all good. but anyway i went somewhere else and put the decoy out and the tinks and saw nothing nor heard nothing, but i still had a great time listening to the turkeys that stayed around my stand til i got down. come to find out the guy who hunted the stand that i wanted to hunt didn't see anything either ( serves him right)) haha

i am thinking about using a doe decoy saturday morning. we are near the end of our rut prolly close to the post rut. i am thinking about using a decoy on a foodplot with some Tinks69 around her. what do you guys or girls think about the idea. Good or Bad idea??

Re: How to get rid of the rubber smell on my Burly\'s just give them time!! i have some brand new rubber boots that i've been wearing for hunting and deer don't mind them smell. don't worry about the boots or the wind just hunt!!
