Re: Wisdom Teeth Had all 4 of mine cut out 3-4 years ago and I had NO fun with it at all. They put me to sleep, I vaguely remember them putting me in my moms vehicle... and then I remember waking up on the couch sometime later that evening. Like mentioned above by huntin'sonovagun - I too felt as though I was going to be sick when I first woke up and was talking a bunch of nonsense. Pretty funny stuff - according to mom! A few days down the road, (I was SICK of living on yogurt....) and just happened to be in the bathroom looking inside my mouth where the stitches were and noticed that one of them was dangling loosely so I grabbed the tweezers and pulled it out. I then noticed something else in there, so I grabbed ahold of it with the tweezers and started to pull it out as well. I kept pulling and pulling and my eyes started getting huge. LOL They had packed that paticular incision with gauze that had some sort of medication on it. *shrug* I think Dad said they put it there to stop the bleeding if it won't quit? LOL - I just remembered that when I was in the 9th grade...... a boy named Brian was sitting in my Space class and someone happened to mention that both of his cheeks were an odd shade of green!!! The teacher of that class told him to go to the office so he could call his parents and that they should probably take him to the doctor ASAP because he most likely had dry sockets.... which turned out to be the case. Anyway.....like someone else said - follow ALL the instructions given to you after they're removed! They give those to you for a reason! Good luck and let us know how it goes!

Re: WV hunters! Pics of your bucks? I REALLY wish I had a scanner.. I could post some of the bucks that my dad, uncle, and cousins husband have killed. For the majority though, the pics already posted in this thread are pretty much what you'll see in this state, especially in the heavily hunted areas. My dad killed an 8 point here in Raleigh County that could pass for that 8 pointers twin brother in the pic that WVhunter129 posted. My cousins husband however has killed two VERY nice deer in Kanawha County on very heavily hunted land...... both of which I don't have pictures of on my computer.

Re: I am loving this weather! I don't mind when the temps are in the high 70's but I don't like the high 80's crap we've been getting lately. We don't have AC in our house... so all the windows are open and 10 or so fans are on and it's still yet unbearable/sticky.

Re: could this week possibly get any worse? (pics) thanks fellas...... He only had liability on this paticular truck as he only got it out on pretty days of the weekend or for a car show. This costly incident is hitting his pocket pretty hard but knowing him.... it'll only look a million times better when it's finished again. This now gives him a reason to start working on c-notching the frame... redoing the interior, and misc. other things. I failed to mention that my b/f was okay - just had lots of glass on his clothes. Trucks can be replaced/fixed...... but people cannot. As for my sister..... she means the world to me.... thanks for the prayers!

Saturday (last week, I know) was GREAT... my b/f and I had a blast at a local car show where over 550 cars showed up. My b/f took home 1 of 9 trophies which were for the "best of the best" at the show. This trophy stands over 4 feet tall and is all of 30 pounds or more - it's no cheapie! Anyway, after such a great day on Saturday... we went back to the show on Sunday where they had judging for the rest of the 90 plaques to be presented that day. Well, 2 hours before the show was over, I was walking around the show with my mom and happened to notice that the hood on my b/f's s-10 wasn't completely shut. Did I say anything about it? Nope..... and after we left the show, I had just stepped in the house when my cell phone started ringing. My b/f was on the phone and said that on his way home, his hood flew up and smashed the windshield, broke 2 of the 3 wiper cowl pieces, warped the passenger side fender, put a huge hole in the dash, messed up the upper part of the cowl and put lots of scratches on the hood. The entire truck is going to have to be repainted because there is NO way the paint can be blended to match. Notice in this pic how the hood isn't completely shut. and some of the damage...... I pretty much blamed myself for the whole thing.. although my b/f is taking full responsibility and said it was his fault for not checking it before leaving. To make things worse though, when I got to his house........ his Dad found out that I had known about it not being fully closed and started yelling at me and kept asking what was wrong with me for not speaking up about it. Needless to say.... I cried forever about it. If that's not bad enough..... my sister called my mom from a friends house this morning complaining of pain in her lower abdomen. I finally convinced her to go to the hospital as I thought it could be an appedicitis..... but come to find out she has cysts on her ovaries and has to go see more doctors later this week... then get more tests ran. If I could trade places with her..... I definately would. Everyone please keep her in your prayers! All I can think is..... what's next this week?

Re: Sad pic but he\'s a tough buck(pic) How sad.. Although I must say I've seen more than one doe hurt like this before and actually survive for years to come. *shrug* Some of them just have the will to live I guess. Such a shame though.

Re: Harry Potter & the Half-Blood Prince I'm 21 and have read the whole series.... as well as my 15 year old sister AND!!!! get this...... my nearly 60 year old Aunt Ruth who absolutely LOVES the books. LOL My sister got the book at midnight when it was allowed to be sold and finished it early Sunday morning around 2:30am! She's been doing nothing but urging me to hurry up and finish so we can discuss theories and such! PLEASE.... no spoilers!

Re: International Symbol for Marriage Hilarious!!!!!! Both of them! There's a woman at work who is having marital problems because of those stupid things. Her husband has cut them up more times than I can count but she still yet applies for more in his name without him knowing of course! I just got a credit card about a month ago.... and I'll only use it if I have the extra cash (at the time I order something) in my billfold to set back for the bill when it comes in. I'm so tight with my money that I doubt the thing will ever get used.....
