I've found if you shoot a 7mm bullet in the pigs earhole, it will go nowhere! Dropped 2 where they stood. My brother-in-law shot one with a Rage broadhead. We tracked it for a while and never found it. Seeing how much "armour" those pigs have when skinning them it's a wonder anyone can kill one with a bow!

If you mark a trail through the plot like the mark snowmobile trails here in WI, you shouldn't have a problem with deer movement. A 4X4 wooden stake or a metal fence post with some kind of marker on it spaced out along the boundry of the trail would work just fine.

Maybe just a freindly reminder that he's been riding over your foodplot that you've spent time working on. He may not even given it a thought. You know how it is when you're having fun. Unfortunatly, you'll have to walk a fine line. Make too much of an issue out of things and you may very well be looking for someplace else to go. I'm sure if you talk, you guys can come up with a compromising solution. Perhaps you can mark off a "path" through the plot for the riders.

When I first read Shane's post yesterday, I thought, man that's just wrong. Now I just read 92xj's post and have a totally different opinion. Good post reply! As much as it sucks, the warden's were doing the job they are responsible for doing. Were there any WI warden's sitting at the boarder issuing citations to MI riders without a WI sticker? If not, maybe they should have been.

It may be old and I may have watched it a million times but I still chuckle when I watch it!

I saw them one year at Summerfest. A couple years back, I was sitting in the living room watching a race and I hear this noise getting louder outside. I stepped out onto the front porch for a look. What do I find out is making the noise? It was the blue angels flying overhead in formation at about 1500 feet! They were at an airshow in northern WI earlier and must have been heading south to the next gig. Pretty cool!
