Re: Bad Day Here are a few good things I learned about you in this post: 1) You are honest. Some people aren't honest enough with themselves to have self-realization. 2) You are corageous to share such thoughts with others - I suspect you have a good "emotional IQ". 3) You are humble and not puffed up with pride. Some people choose to inflate their status and accomplishments so others will notice them. 4) You see good things in other people - your brother in this case. To add to jbeck's closing sentence, don't judge yourself by comparing yourself to others either - you are your own unique person. Keep your head up. Re: workout advice aerobic exercise for 45 mins straight for weight control and fitness - i'd say pick one form or the other (stairstepper vs. treadmill) and do it for 45 minutes straight even if you have to reduce the intensity to make it the full 45 minutes.
