best slug gun i have ever used. I use the smooth bore barrel with a modified choke screwed in it and the cheap winchester rifled slugs. dead on at 100 yrds! i wouldnt trade it for any other gun, i like it better than my 1187 for slugs

My wife Robin has been studying to get her health and life insurance state liscenses to sell insurance. Well she took the exams this week and passed! She is really excited and this is a great opportunity for us we hope! Just wanted to share the news!!

My buddy bought a cva optima magnum for his daughter and then got online and ordered a replacement butt for it, then we cut it down an inch and a half or two( whatever fit) and then kept the original to put back on when she out grew it. worked awesome! had to do some rigging to epoxy the butt end piece back on but we did it. She has used it three years now. The optima has considerably less kick than the wolf or beartooth magnum does. thats why he chose that gun. I think he uses 80 gr of 777 pellets and powerbelt 245gr bullets. she can reach out there 75 yds easy enough. never had to shoot further

Hey guys I am looking for a youth compound for my son, he is 10 and I think around a 22" draw or so just rough measuring. As with everyone else I am sure times are fairly tight so my budget is kinda small. If anyone has an old youth bow laying around they might wanna part with let me know and see if we can work out a price. Thanks guys.

Every single gun is gonna be different my friend, as with every single opinion! You just have to go out and shoot it with both and decide. I went from 150 down to 100 with my traditions prusuit extreme but went from a 295 gr bullet to a 245gr. Almost no difference at all in trajectory or accuracy but thats ME shooting MY gun. The only way you will know is to get out to the range bud. Anywho thats just my two cents worth. lol
