nope i leased land for acess illinois. i would love to hunt with the outfitter u went with but dont have the money to go about it that way

i was there that same week. and also has a great hunt. what town did you hunt in when u were there?? i was in salem just outside of pittsfield

well i still have untill the 15th and things are looking up. a friend of mine shot at a nice buck and because of the pitch and the distince he hit it in the leg and broke it and i tracked it for 2 day and only saw it once. so i figured the yotes got him well he is back. he walked back the same way he went out and crossed under my stand yesterday night after the fresh snow so maybe il get a shot at him

Man these heads are the best things sence slided bread. i have taken 2 deer with year with them and shot one into the dirt when i missed. all three heads i still have and still shot. just sharpened them up and then put them back on.

well i just added my buck to the score and as far as i can tell it should bring us up to 64 points and puts us in the lead

Well as some as u you i had the chance to go to ILL this year. I hunter hard for 3 days and saw one giant on the second morning. probly a 140 in 9pointer but he stayed at about 70 yards abd i couldnt get a shot.so the third night comes around and i thought i could hear tree rats running in the thicket. but it endes up beeing a doe and this buck walking and they come into 30 yard and i shot and MISSED. the doe ran off and the buck spun around and came back to 20 yards i nocked anouther arrow and stoped him and let him have it. He when 40 yards and piled up. Ended up beeing 14 points and right around 200 pounds. well sorry for the long story but here are thepics what do you think he might score

here is the pics of that deer and man have i been blesses this year. started off taking a spike on halloween with my bow (beeing my first buck with a bow) then that saturday i took a 6 pointer with my smokepoll ( beeing my first kill with taht in 6 years) and then to Go into anouther state and take a P&Y woth my bow i dont think it could get anybetter

well im just got in from Illinois. and man did i kill a monster. ended up beeing a 14 pointer and was around 200 lbs so now we got some real points to put on the boardil post pics tomarrow

the one o shot today with only be a 5 pointer one here but i am leaveing tomarrow am for Illinois for a week so im hoping for a biggin

well good news good news. just killed a 6 pointer this morning and a spike on 10/30/07. as soon as i get pics of the 6 il post them here is the spike

Well i finaly took my first Buck with a bow. And man do i love them rage heads. Well i wasnt ganna hunt because i wasnt feeling good. but then decided to go just to get away for a few mins. So around 5:45 i hear somthing in the leaves its a tree rat. then at 6 i use my can call. and all He!! broke loose. he came running in to 17 yards and i let him have it. double lung and a little heart. went 50 yards and piled up. wasnt very bigg but a good one for me. it was 110 lbs Spike. Here are the pics the other good thing is today was opening day of muzzelloader and i killed a 147lbs 6 pointer. in the same stand as the spike in the same shhoting late only going the other way

well it was kinda a botched deal. there was only one dog on it from start to finish. My dad was walking around some apple trees and the dog casted out tored the river and then just disipered. well he must of bumped the bear up. only ran for a little ways. got a bunch of video of it on the ground and in the tree plus the kill. when he was in the tree he kept breaking branches when he was trying to climb up. branches about 4 -6 inches around. this guy has hunted with us for 3 years now and has passed on some good bears because he wanted to shoot a big bear. well he got his bear. his son shot one for use last year that was around 200lbs. the best part is they didnt have to drag for very far. they were able to get a wheeler in to it

NH. and it will be the State recored. the previouse was 531lbs shot in 2005. We have one more bear to go after that is close to 400lbs so we will see what happens

Well a family friend killed a Posibly new state recored over our hounds yesterday. As far as i can see the old recored was 532lbs and this monster went 552lbs. the sad thing is when it was in the tree we only thought i was 350lbs. this guy has been hunting with us for 3 years now and has passed on a few realy good bears. i guess it realy pays off to pass them up

well havent been deer hunting much but a family friend of ours kill a posibly new state recored bear yesterday here in nh. he killed it over our pack of hounds from what i can find the old recored was 532lbs and this one was 552lbs. even got the kill on video

looks to me like it might go around 3 maybe 4 close to P&Y as long as u guys had fun thats all that matters

ya i am i just started a new job and only have a week built up and im ganna use it all for my trip to illinois

i also shot a button buck for my first deer. took 2 shots but finaly got him. the first arrow skipped off his back and he ran off and then came in and that was it

ya from what i have been hearing there are some good deer around there. like i said i only get to spend a week but i should be able to take a doe if nothing els. how many years have u been hunting
