Encore prohunter chambered in 280 remington. Here in OH I use the muzzleloader barrel on my prohunter.

Before I started loading my own I was using 270gr jfn buffalo bore 44 mag ammo, they worked great on deer and hogs. Hornady 44 mag xtp bullets work well also.

I usually shoot a couple of times a week, it's just too hot to get out!

I'm ready for early goose season too open! I got the new Mack's Prairie Wings catalog in the mail the other day.

I hunt them all season long, we have a six deer limit where I hunt.

I'm going to enjoy the summer, I have a couple of fishing trips planned and figure deer season will be here soon enough.

Just watch the sea conditions and you should be OK. I use my Hewes Redfisher 18 up around port Clinton and maumee bay and have never had no problems.

That was the first thing I started hunting when I was a kid and loved it. I still break out the Buckmark at least a couple times a year and go after them.

I shot Thunderhead's for many years and switched to Muzzy a few years ago, The only reason I switched was because they shot better with the arrows I'm using. I'm fletching up some new arrows and will use the one that shoot's the best.

I have an old Jennings woody. I still get it out and shoot a couple a year for the fun of it.

Pappy Boyington. I'd ask him where he got the idea to fly over Japanese airfields and taunt them to come up and fight on the radio if he didn't encounter any while on patrol.
