For Elk and Moose I use a 300 WSM or a 300 H&H Mag.

I know how you feel,I had my Ruger Alaskan stolen out of my girlfriends SUV on the way home from the range, stopped at the grocery store for 15min and came out and found a window knocked out. I still hope it blows up in the hands of whoever took it the next time they or whoever has it now the next time they shoot it!!!!!!!!!

I carry a Glock 36, 45 ACP with 200 gr Hornady XTP bullets.

I clean mine with the same stuff I clean my regular rifles with and coat the barrel with wd-40 and have never had any problems with it.

Me and a guy I hunt with called the guy we get our guns through last night and had him order two Smith & Wesson Governor's chambered in 45 colt, 45 ACP and 2/ 1/2 410 shotgun shell.We shot a Tarus Judge that someone we know has and decided to go with S & W. I also had him order a set of 45 colt dies from redding so I can make up some burglar loads for it.I'm going to use it for home defense.The first two rounds will be 410 000 Buck and the other 4 will be 45 colt loaded with a 300 gr JSP.

I did a guided goose hunt once and it was the worst experience I've ever had.I've been a diy guy ever since.

I might go to south Florida next month and hunt the big cypress swamp area? I've hunted there before with some friends who know the area pretty well.I wish it would warm up some so I can get out and check my turkey out and make sure it's still sighted in.

I use a 200 gr hornady xtp in my Glock 36, I load my own hunting rounds for my 44.

I have a T/C Renegade with a 1-48 twist and shoot Hornady great plains bullet with a 90 gr charge of pyrodex select.

22-250 loaded with a 50 gr Sierra Blitzking.
