I tried this for the first time today, and it's safe to say I'm done with 777.I used a 120 gr with a 250 gr hornady sst low drag sabot and the accuracy was even better than before and I didn't have to clean between shots.
Another vote for the bugtamer. It works great in the swamps of Florida and Southeast Georgia during turkey season where the skeetors are big enough to fly off with you never to be seen again.
My girlfriend like to hunt mainly waterfowl and deer with a rifle. We're going to Georgia in November for a deer/hog hunt we drew for. She's never been to this place before but I've hunted it a few times so it should be a good time.
I have two,a vanguard sst 300 WSM and a Mark V 280 Rem,both are tack drivers and well built.I went with the Nikon buckmaster 4.5 - 14 BDC reticle on both rifles and have never had a problem with them.
