My weekend off is the 20th of Sept.

I really wanted to take a kid out from "Catch a Dream" I just don't think I can make their standards. So, I thought I could just do a local cheap raffle and make 4, or 5 hundred bucks to send to them so someone else could take them out. I would just do a local raffle. LOL Nope, Sorry! I just think that I have a pretty good chance to let a kid shoot a pretty nice buck. If he/she doesn't get one atleast I'll have some time wth them to teach them and maybe try to let them figure out that's it's really not about the kill.

I want to raffle off a whitetail hunt on my land during our youth season in Wisconsin. What do I have to do to make this raffle happen. Do i need to get permission somewhere? All of the proceeds would be donated to a very good cause. Any help and/or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I believe the big fork is atleast 3 years old, I'd whack him and take him out of the gene pool. As far as the "tumor buck" goes, either he's really blessed, or yes, he's got a tumor of some sort. Try and keep an eye on him and see if it gets bigger, it could just be an old injury and will have no effect on him or his antler growth in the future.

Steve you just gave me an idea!! Why don't we get Realtree forum member T-shirts that say "I'm a moron!!" on the back! I'd wear one! Randy I'm going to try and make it out on Sunday afternoon. I love paintballing but, I need a date. I get about one weekend off every 4-5 weeks If it's just a Saturday thing Maybe I can get the day off. Let me know...

Two sisters, one blonde and one brunette, inherit the family ranch. Unfortunately, after just a few years, they are in financial trouble. In order to keep the bank from repossessing the ranch, they need to purchase a bull from the stockyard in a far town so that they can breed their own stock They only have $600 left. Upon leaving, the brunette tells her sister, 'When I get there, if I decide to buy the bull, I'll contact you to drive out after me and haul it home. The brunette arrives at the stockyard, inspects the bull, and decides she wants to buy it. The man tells her that he will sell it for $599, no less. After paying him, she drives to the nearest town to send her sister a telegram to tell her the news. She walks into the telegraph office and says, 'I want to send a telegram to my sister telling her that I've bought a bull for our ranch. I need her to hitch the trailer to our pickup truck and drive out here so we can haul it home. The telegraph operator explains that he'll be glad to help her, then adds, 'It's just 99 cents a word. Well, after paying for the bull, the brunette only has $1 left. She realizes that she'll only be able to send her sister one word. After a few minutes of thinking, she nods and says, 'I want you to send her the word 'comfortable. The operator shakes his head. 'How is she ever going to know that you want her to hitch the trailer to your pickup truck and drive out here to haul that bull back to your ranch if you send her just the word 'comfortable?' I bought the darton Ranger for my son who will be turning 8 in a couple weeks. The price is right and he'll be using the same bow for quite a few years. There is SOOOO much adjustment I don't know why anybody would consider anything else. Just my opinion of course....
